Thai Peanut Butter Chicken Full Recipe

Butter Chicken is the most popular meat fish in Asia as in the rest of the world. From India to Thailand and China to Singapore, they prepare chicken in various ways, including boiling, steaming poaching, and deep-frying.
Chicken is among the part of Singapore's national dishes,the Hainanese chicken rice, which come into the country through Southern Chinese island immigrants. The combination of chicken and peanut butter makes for an exciting combo. Because Asai is so large, there are many regional varieties in preparing recipes bearing the two ingredients. Other than method of preparation,there are a wide variety of spices to choose from.




Ingredients:

  • Chicken strips  300 grams
  • Broccoli (finely cut) two cups
  • Carrot (grated) two tablespoon
  • Onion (finely cut) one digit
  • Ginger (chopped) one teaspoon
  • Sugar one teaspoon
  • Creamy peanut butter two tablespoon
  • Soy sauce three tablespoon
  • Water three tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped) ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice one tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (crushed) to taste
  • Cooking oil four tablespoon
  • Cabbage as required
 
  • Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes

Synthesis:

  1. Mix one teaspoon of sugar, two tablespoon of peanut butter, three tablespoon of water,one teaspoon of chopped ginger and three tablespoon of soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken with ½ teaspoon of chopped garlic, black pepper as required and salt to taste.
  3. Heat half the oil in a frying pan and fry chicken.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in the same frying pan and fry two cups of broccoli, two tablespoon of carrot, one onion, one tablespoon of lemon juice, half teaspoon of garlic, black pepper and salt.
  5. Add chicken,cook for a few minutes and add bowl mixture.
  6. Separate leaves of cabbage and shape in to a bowl, transfer peanut butter chicken in it and serve.
