Ingredients
- One and a half grams of flour
- Two tablespoons of corn flour
- Chicken breast 200 grams
- A cup of spaghetti
- Salt to taste
- A tablespoon of crushed garlic
- Chopped red pepper
- Two tablespoons of soy sauce
- Two eggs
- Half a cup of milk
- One green onion
- Carrots a number
- Mushrooms three to four
- Cooking oil as needed
Method
- Beat eggs in a large bowl and mix in milk, flour and cornflour. Add salt to the cross.
- Then add a little flour to the eggs, beat and cover and keep in a warm place for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Chicken Breast Wash it and make deep cuts on both sides. In a bowl, add salt, garlic, chopped chilies, soy sauce and a tablespoon of cooking oil and marinate the chicken breasts for half an hour
- Put the chicken breasts in the pan and cook over medium heat
- After 3 to 4 minutes, turn down the heat and cook until the chicken's own water is dry.
- And let the chicken melt well
- Cool the chicken and put it in the pan. Now add the steamed spaghetti, finely chopped carrots, green onions and mushrooms and fry it well.
- In a frying pan, lightly heat the stove with the help of a brush
- Spread half a cup of the prepared mixture and put it in it and put it on low heat. When it becomes light golden on one side and the edges of the pan start to separate, take it out.
- Then roll the chicken mixture on each mixture and stick it with the help of water. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Heat cocking oil in a pan and fry the rolls.
