 Mayo Singaporean Rice Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Cut Chicken, one pound boneless in a small piece
  • Cut the one tomato in a small cubes
  • Cut the one capsicum in a small cubes
  • Cut the one carrot in a small cubes
  • Cabbage finely chopped
  • One onion
  • Garlic and Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper one tsp
  • Chopped red pepper one tsp
  • Chinese salt one tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp 
  • Ketchup one cup
  • Spaghetti one cup
  • Rice 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil one cup

Ingredients for Mayonnaise sauce:

  • Mayonnaise one cup
  • Ketchup quarter cup
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Chopped red pepper half tsp
  • Red chili pepper half tsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Sugar half tsp

Ingredients for screwing:

  • Green chillies number of 4
  • Garlic number of 4
  • Cooking oil 3 tablespoon

Synthesis:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the ginger and garlic.
  2. Then add chicken and cook till water is dry and add all vegetables and spices and fry.
  3. Chicken gravy is ready.
  4. Boiled the spaghetti in water with a tsp of  salt and oil. 
  5. Now put the prepared spaghetti in a pan and mix it well with the prepared chicken gravy.
  6. Heat oil in a separate pan,add cumin seeds and salt and fry 
  7. Now put rice in it and boil it with two cups of water.
  8. Now take out the rice in the dish first .
  9. Top with mayo sauce,then chicken gravy,and lastly garlic and green chillies.
