Ingredients:

  • Prawn half kg
  • Pineapple two pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry garlic powder half teaspoon 
  • Crushed ginger one teaspoon
  • Chopped black pepper half teaspoon
  • Soy sauce half cup
  • Brown sugar two tablespoon
  • Chopped red pepper one teaspoon
  • Honey one tablespoon
  • Cooking oil two to three tablespoon

  • Preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes

 

Synthesis:

  1. Thoroughly clean and wash the the prawns and put salt, half teaspoon of dry garlic powder and half teaspoon of black pepper on them.
  2. Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat and fry the prawns in it for five to seven minutes on high heat.
  3. In the same pan add half cup of soy sauce, one teaspoon of crushed red pepper, two tablespoon of brown sugar,one teaspoon of chopped ginger and one tablespoon of honey and cook over low heat.
  4. When everything starts to comes to gather,add fried prawns.
  5. Cook for five to seven minutes, remove from the heat,and dip the pineapple in the tariyaki sauce.

Presentation:

Fry the boiled rice with light green onion and we enjoy the delicious Japanese dish.
