 Fish Spinach Cutlets Full Recipe

Fish is a high- protein, low- fat food that provides a range of health benefits. White- fleshed fish, in particular, is lower in fat than any other source of animals protein, and oily fish are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, or the "good" fats. Since the human body can't make  significant amounts of these essential nutrients, fish are an important part of the diet. Also, fish are low in "bad" fats commonly found in red meat, called Omega-6 fatty acids.

a meal with salmon 3 times per week led to improvement in both sleep and daily functioning. Fish is delicious and easy to prepare. For this reason,it should be relatively easy to incorporate it into your diet. Eating fish one or two times per week is considered sufficient to reap it's benefits.


Ingredients:

  • Fish without forks
  • Spinach 100 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed garlic one teaspoon
  • Chopped black pepper half teaspoon
  • Chopped white pepper half teaspoon
  • Chicken powder one teaspoon
  • Macaroni (boiled) one cup
  • One carrot
  • Green peas half cup
  • Green chillies three to four digits
  • Two eggs
  • Bread crumbs to needed
  • Cooking oil needed

  • Preparation time: half hour
  • Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes


Synthesis:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and chopp it in an open frying pan over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Wash the fish, cover it with a teaspoon of garlic and salt, cook it till it's water is dry and sprinkle with chicken powder and take it off the stove.
  3. Wash the carrot well and cut them into small pieces. Boil the carrot for 8 to 10 minutes then boil the peas in a separate pot.
  4. Put the carrot and peas in a bowl and crushed them then add the fish by crushing it with a fork and finely add the 100 grams of spinach,one cup of macaroni, half teaspoon of black pepper, half teaspoon of white pepper and finely chopped green chillies and mix well.
  5. Make egg-shaped cutlets from this mixture and refrigerate for ten to fifteen minutests.
  6. Then dip it in beaten eggs,roll it in double bread crumbs and fry it in oil till golden.
  7. Serve this cutlets hot with sweet and sour sauce.
