Ingredients:

  • Rice (soaked) 2½ cup
  • Eggs (boiled) six digits
  • Ginger paste half tablespoon
  • Garlic paste half tablespoon
  • Cheese (cubes) 800 grams
  • Almonds (boiled) twenty digits
  • Onion (finely chopped)  four digits
  • Green chillies eight digits
  • Green cardamoms six digits
  • Yogurt (beaten) ½ cup
  • Black peppercorn four digits
  • Black cumin seeds one teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Stock ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces  ½ kg
  • Corainder seeds one tablespoon
  • Fennel seeds one teaspoon
  • Garlic one pod
  • Onion one digit
  • Ginger small piece
  • Hot spices two tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water four cups

  • Preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes

Synthesis:

  1. Put chicken pieces one tablespoon of corainder seeds, one teaspoon of fennel seeds, one pod of garlic, one onion, ginger small piece, two tablespoon of hot spices, salt and four cups of water in a bowl.
  2. Now place this pan on the stove and turn on the stove. Cook it till the meat is melted.
  3. When the meat is melted and sieve the stock and store chicken pieces separately.
  4. Heat the oil in a pot,fry half the onion and remove.
  5. Add half tablespoon of ginger paste, half tablespoon of garlic paste,  ½ cup of yogurt, six green cardamoms, one teaspoon of black cumin seeds, eight green chillies and fry.
  6. Add boiled eggs, boiled almonds and  cheese fry and remove.
  7. Boil stock in the same pot and add rice and salt.
  8. Cook till it's water dries and leave on dum.
  9. Transfer rice on a dish, garnish with chicken pieces, cheese,fried onions,eggs and serve.
