Ingredients:

  • Undercut (strips)  ½ kg
  • Spaghetti (boiled) two cups
  • Soy sauce four tablespoon
  • White vinegar two tablespoon
  • Cornflour two tablespoon
  • Black pepper (crushed) one teaspoon
  • Capsicum one digit
  • Fresh red chillies six digits
  • Beef stock one cup
  • Oyster sauce two tablespoon
  • Salt one teaspoon
  • Sesame oil two tablespoon
  • Green corainder (chopped) for garnish
  
  • Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes

Synthesis:

  1. To boil spaghetti, first boil water in a pot and add salt to it,then add spaghetti. The add spaghetti are boiled  for 10 to 15 minutes then wash in cold water and put in a sieve.
  2. Marinate undercut with two tablespoon of vinegar, oil and salt in a bowl for half an hour.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry two tablespoon of garlic on high flame.
  4. Add one cup of beef stock,four tablespoon of soy sauce, two tablespoon of oyster sauce, one teaspoon of black pepper and salt bring to boil.
  5. Gradually add two tablespoon of cornflour and cook till the sauce thickens.
  6. Add six fresh red chillies and one capsicum (finely chopped) and remove from flame.
  7. Layer a serving dish with boiled spaghetti, transfer undercut on top and put fresh corainder on it and serve.
