Ingredients:

  • Mutton half kg 
  • Ginger (crushed) two tablespoon
  • Garlic (crushed) two tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion two digits (middle)
  • Tomatoes two digits (middle)
  • Red chili (crushed) one tablespoon
  • Corainder (crushed) one tablespoon
  • White chickpeas one cup
  • White cumin one teaspoon
  • Turmeric one teaspoon
  • Yogurt half cup
  • Green pepper (finely chopped) three to four 
  • Green corainder (finely chopped) half bunch
  • Cooking oil half cup

  • Preparation time:2 hours
  • Cooking time:30 to 40 minutes

Synthesis:

  1. Before boiling the chickpeas,wash it thoroughly in clean water,add half a teaspoon of baking soda and stir for two hours.
  2. After two hours, wash the chickpeas thoroughly again in clean water.
  3. Put four to five cups of water in a pot and place it on the stove. Put the washed chickpeas in this pot and cook till it melts.
  4. Cut the onion once and cut the tomatoes into square pieces.
  5. Wash the meat and put it in a pot. Now add a tablespoon of chopped ginger,a tablespoon of chopped garlic, salt and whipped yogurt and leave it for half an hour.
  6. Put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat for two to three minutes. Now add chopped onion and fry them till golden.
  7. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are well melted.
  8. Then add a tablespoon of red chilli,a tablespoon of corainder,a teaspoon of cumin,a teaspoon of turmeric powder and spices meat and cover.
  9. When the meat comes to a boil over low heat, fry until the oil separats.
  10. Add chickpeas and two cups of water and cook on low heat for ten to twelve minutes.
