  • Chicken wings half kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic chopped one tablespoon
  • Ginger chopped one tablespoon 
  • White pepper crushed one tablespoon
  • Chicken powder one tablespoon
  • One egg
  • Flour two tablespoon
  • Red pepper chopped one tablespoon
  • Soup one cup
  • Tomato paste four tablespoon
  • One carrot
  • Capsicum as required
  • Green onion as required
  • Cooking oil as needed

  • Preparation time:15 to 20 minutes
  • Cooking time:20 to 25 minutes

Synthesis:

  1. Cut the chicken wings into two pieces.Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly in water.
  2. Now place the chicken wings in a bowl or pot.
  3. Add a tablespoon of chopped garlic, a tablespoon of chicken powder, a tablespoon of crushed white pepper, salt to taste,two tablespoon of flour,one egg and marinate well them.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Now fry the chicken wings in the oil till golden.
  5. Heat two to three tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Now fry a tablespoon of chopped ginger in it well.
  6. Then add one cup of soup init. Add a tablespoon of chopped red pepper, white pepper, four tablespoon of tomato paste and let it boil.
  7. Add the frying chicken wings in this mixture.
  8. At the same time, green onion, capsicum, carrot and cool for 5 to 7 minutes and take it off the stove.
  9. Serve the hot chicken wings.
