Baking your chicken is a great weeknight dinner options, especially if you're trying to lose weight. In addition to being low in fat and calories, baked chicken is rich in important nutrients. Stir- fried chicken. Try stir- frying chicken with a bit of oil and your favorite veggies  for a hight fiber, protein- packed meal.
Chicken meat is quite versatile, and you can prepare it in many ways. However, when it come to its health benefits, all cooking method for chicken aren't created equal.
For example, dry cooking  at high temperature of up to 482°F (250°C), longer cooking duration, and even the doneness of the chicken may lead to the production of harmful chemicals.




Ingredients:

  • Two chicken breast
  • Six to eight fresh green beans
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried garlic powder half teaspoon
  • Black pepper crushed half teaspoon
  • Mixed herbs half teaspoon
  • Two cheese slices
  • One lemon
  • Butter two tablespoon 
  • Cooking oil as required

  • Preparation time:15 to 20
  • Baking time:20 to 25

Synthesis:

  1. Wash and dry chicken breast and marinate them with salt, half teaspoon of garlic powder, half teaspoon of black pepper, half teaspoon of mixed herbs and cooking oil.
  2. Wash the beans,cut their ends and boiled them in a boiling water for two minutes.
  3. Make a pocket by making an incision in the middle of the chicken breast and put beans and slices of cheese in it.
  4. Heat a grill pan, add two tablespoon of butter and oil and fry until the chicken breast are golden.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°c for 15 to 20 minutes, then place the lemon zest on the chicken breast, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
