Fry Qeema Full Recipe
Since a hight sodium diet contribute to high blood pressure, consumption of only small amount of qeema is adviced.
Qeema is also a source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, that is good for vision and potassium that helps regulate blood pressure.

The amount of saturated fat in goat meat is less than the total amount of unsaturated fats it contains, witch improves blood cholesterol levels,eases inflammation and stabilises heart rhythm.
Ingredients:
- Minced beef ½ kg
- Capsicums (finely cut) 2 digits
- Green chillies (finely cut) 4 digits
- Fresh corainder (chopped) ½ bunch
- Tomatoes (chopped) 250 grams
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder one teaspoon
- Ginger paste one tablespoon
- Garlic paste one tablespoon
- Corainder powder 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper (crushed) one teaspoon
- Bay leaf one digit
- Onions 250 grams
- Salt one teaspoon
- Cooking oil as required
Synthesis:
- First you take the qeema,put it in a sieve,wash it and leave it for a while so that the water comes out.
- Take a clean pan,put oil in this pan and put it on the stove and heat the oil well.
- When the oil gets hot,put onion in it.
- Fry the onion for a long time,when the onion turns golden,add minced beef, tomatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste,red chilli, turmeric, corainder,hot spices, black pepper,bay leaf and salt fry well.
- If needed,you can add a little water and keep it on low heat for further cocking.
- Well the water is dry,fry it well.
- Finely add capsicum, green chillies and green corainder.
- Now place it on the dum and take it off after 5 minutes.
- Delicious minced beef is ready.
