 Chocolate Walnut Cupcakes Full Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (beating)  65 grams
  • One egg
  • Refined flour (sieved) 112 grams
  • Baking powder 112 grams
  • Cocoa powder 3 grams
  • Walnut (chopped) 40 grams
  • Water 80 grams
  • Sugar/ sucral 130 grams
  • Cooking oil 65 grams

Frosting ingredients:

  • Whipped cream 300 grams
  • Dark chocolate 250 grams
  • Chocolate powder 80 grams
  • Cream cheese 100 grams

Synthesis:

Beat oil, yogurt,eggs and sugar with an electric beater.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon.
Set paper cups in a muffin tray and transfer the mixture in the cups using a spoon.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes and remove.
Beat frosting ingredients with an electric beater,fill the mixture into a piping bag and garnish cupcakes.
