Chicken Pasanda Biryani Full Recipe
Rice is such an important food in some countries that "to eat"mean "to eat rice".

Botanically, rice is the seed of any aquatic grass.It has been cultivated for more than 8'000 years.The Latin name for rice is Oryza sativa.There are many varieties of nice such as arborio, jasmine and basmati. It also become in red, black, and purple with the colors coming from pigment in the bran layer.
Pasanday ingredients:
- Chicken Pieces (boneless) one cup
- Ginger paste one tablespoon
- Garlic paste one tablespoon
- Green chillies (paste) one tablespoon
- Onion (fried) 2 tablespoon
- Yogurt (beating) ½ cup
- Red chilli powder one tablespoon
- Turmeric powder ½ teaspoons
- Dried plums 8 digits
- Tomatoes (finely cut) 2 digits
- Fresh corainder (chopped) ½ bunch
- Mint leaves (chopped) ½ bunch
- Green chillies (cut lengthwise) 2 digits
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil ¼ cup
Other ingredients:
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- Onion (fried) ½ cup
- Screw pine essence few drops
- Food coloring one pinch
- Cooking oil ¼ cup
Synthesis:
- Marinate pasanday with its ingredients except tomatoes, fresh corainder,mint leaves, plums, green chillies and onion, refrigerate for five hours.
- When everything is well marinated, take it out of the fridge.
- Take a pot and put everything in it.
- When chicken,s own water is dry and the meat is melted,fry it well and then turn off the stove.
- Add all the remaining pasanday ingredients.
- Layer with rice and pour food coloring, essence and oil on top,leave on dum.
- Delicious chicken pasanday is ready.
