 Chicken Fried Spaghetti Recip

Spaghetti isn't bad for you, because you do not need carbohydrates in a balanced diet. But most people get more refined grain then they need,so you are better off with Spaghetti made with whole wheat flour.

Spaghetti is one of the most papular forms of pasta,and it's used in dishes all around the world. Most spaghetti is made from durum wheat,so it's high in complex carbohydrates and includes all the nutrients found in refined white flour.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces (boneless) ½ kg
  • Spaghetti (boiled) 2 cups
  • Black pepper (crushed) one teaspoon
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup one cup
  • Red chilli powder one teaspoon
  • Hot spices powder ½ teaspoon
  • Capsicum (finely cut) one cup
  • Cabbage (finely cut) one cup
  • Spring onion (finely cut) one cup
  • Carrot (finely cut) one cup
  • Ginger paste one teaspoon
  • Garlic paste one teaspoon
  • Salt one teaspoon 
  • Cooking oil ½ cup

Synthesis:

  1. Marinate chicken with half the corn flour,red chilli and salt for a little while.
  2. Take a wok and heat the oil in it.
  3. Fry the chicken in it and take it out.
  4. Now put the vegetables in the wok, lightly fry and take out.
  5. Put garlic and Ginger paste in the same oil and fry
  6. Dissolve the remaining cornflour, black pepper,soy sauce,hot spices powder, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt in one cup water.
  7. Put all these spices in a saucepan.
  8.  Cook until it thickens, when it thickens, add the chicken.
  9. Now turn off the stove,and take off the pan.
  10. Add vegetables, spaghetti and serve.
