Royal Kebab Full Recipe
Today we told you about meat.
Meat and poultry contain protein, witch is important for growth and development,and other nutrients your body needs,such as iodine, iron, zinc and vitamin B12.
Avoid processed meat to minimise your intake of salt and saturated fat.
Choose lean cuts of meat and poultry,and follow the recommended serving size.
Make sure you cook and store meat and poultry safely.

They also provide lots of other nutrients your body needs, like iodine, iron, zinc, vitamins ( especially B12) and essential fatty acid.
Ingredients:
- The price of cow 200 grams
- The price of chicken 200 grams
- Salt to taste
- Onion a middle of a number
- Black pepper crushed one tsp
- Green chillies 4 to 6 digits
- Green coriander half bundle
- Fresh cream 4 tsp
- Dry fruits one cup
- Double bread slices number of one
- Cooking oil to needed
Synthesis:
- Wash both type of minced meat and put them in a sieve so that is dry well.
- Place the slices of double bread on a plate and apply the cream.
- In a chopper, grind both chopped onion, green chillies, coriander and half cup of dry fruits with ( almond, pistachio and raises).
- Then add salt, pepper and cream mixed double bread and mix well and keep in the fridge for half an hour.
- Coat the rest of the dry fruit,take a minced meat out of the fridge and make kebabs,and place the chopped fruits in the middle of each kebabs.
- Refrigerate the kebabs for 10 minutes then heat the oil in the frying pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes and fry till golden.
