How to make prawn Kofta Recipe?

On the contrary, some people dislike it.
But those who love to eat it must make it.

Ingredients:

  • Small prawns 750 gram
  • Vinegar one tsp
  • Corn flour one tsp
  • Butter one tsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Egg whites only one digit
  • Black pepper chopped to taste
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • Chicken soup one cup
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Sugar one tsp
  • Cabbage crushed one cup
  • Chinese salt half tsp

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes


Synthesis:

  1. Wash the prawns thoroughly and squeeze them in a sieve and put it on the stalks and make a paste.
  2. Add the corn flour,egg whites, black pepper,soy sauce, salt and butter and mix well and keep for one hour.
  3. And make round meatballs.
  4. Heat the oil for deep frying.
  5. When it is hardened, turn the heat to medium and leave the meatballs in the egg dip and fry in the oil pan.
  6. Remove when golden brown.
  7. Now leave 2 tsp of oil in the pan take out the rest.
  8. Add cabbage and fry for one minute.
  9. Then add soup,soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and Chinese salt and cook.
  10. When it starts to boil,add prawns and cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Then serve with tandoori roti.
