Ingredients:

  • Meat half kg
  • Cauliflower half kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger chopped garlic 
  • Ginger a small piece
  • Onion 2 digits middle size
  • Tamato 4 digits middle size
  • Red Pepper chopped one tsp
  • Turmeric  half tsp
  • White cumin one tsp
  • Proven coriander one tsp
  • Fennel seeds half tsp
  • Cloves half tsp
  • Proven rye a quarter of tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds a quarter of tsp
  • Celery a click
  • Yogurt half cup
  • Cooking oil according to needed

Synthesis:

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry till golden in the cocking oil.
  2. Mix yogurt with fried onion and put in it.
  3. Wash the meat and put it in the sieve.
  4. Heat the oil for a 2or 3 minutes and add ginger, garlic and meat and cover over low heat.
  5. Add coriander, cumin, fennel,rye cloves and fenugreek seeds and picked spices is ready.
  6. Finely chopped the ginger.when the water of meat is dry.
  7. Add salt, red pepper, turmeric, onion mix yogurt and a cup of water in it.
  8. Heat the dough over medium heat.
  9. Add the celery and ginger and fry.
  10. Put the small piece clean washed cabbage in it and fry the cabbage till it's become golden
  11. Then fry the meat and add chopped tomatoes and cabbage in it.
  12. Also add pickled spices and cock on low heat.
  13. Put half cup of water and take it off the stove
  14. When the cabbage is melted.
