 Paddy Greens Full Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Meat half grams
  • Lentils one cup
  • Mixed pulses half cup
  • Sweet pumpkin one cup
  • Eggplant one cup
  • Spinach one cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger chopped garlic one tsp
  • Onion one digit middle
  • Tamato 2 digits middle
  • Red Pepper chopped one tsp
  • Turmeric one tsp
  • Proven rye few grains
  • Curry leaf  few leaves 
  • Green chili 4 to 6 digits
  • Cooking oil 3 quarter cup

Synthesis:

  1. Wash all the pulses and soak them in hot water for half an hour.
  2. Then add turmeric and two tsp of oil to the pulses and bring to a boil.
  3. When well melted, chop with a wooden spoon or grind in a blender.
  4. Finely chopped the onion and tomato.
  5. Cut the eggplant and pumpkin into small pieces.
  6. Wash the spinach and boil it in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Filter the water and pour cold water over it.
  8. Heat the oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes and add the rye and curry leaves.
  9. Fry the onion in it till golden.
  10. Add ginger garlic, salt, red pepper and meat and fry.
  11. Then add tomatoes and mix and cook on low heat.
  12. When the meat is melted,add the vegetables one by one and fry them well and add them to the lentils.
  13. When the vegetables are melted,add green chillies and put on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
