 Mayo Singaporean Noddles Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise half cup
  • Egg noodles half packet
  • Garlic paste one tsp
  • Green onion one digit finely chopped
  • Green capsicum half piece finely chopped
  • Red capsicum half piece finely chopped
  • Yellow capsicum half piece finely chopped
  • (If red and yellow capsicum are not available,add one more green capsicum)
  • Black pepper powder half tsp
  • White pepper powder a quarter tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp
  • Cooking oil 3 tsp

Synthesis:

  1. Boil half a packet of noddles in a pot until the roughness is disappear.
  2. Remove the hot water from the cold water so that the noddles don't stick together.
  3. Heat the oil and add Noddles with garlic, green onion, capsicum, black pepper, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt stir well for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the prepared noddles and mix for another two minutes.
