 MayO Chicken Pocket Full Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise 2 tsp
  • Chicken breast one full piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Carrot medium size finely chopped
  • Capsicum medium size half piece finely chopped
  • Cabbage medium size quarter piece finely chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce one tsp

Synthesis:

  1. Cut the chicken breast in to about 8 equal parts (square)
  2. Then cut each spider(finely chopped) in the middle and coat it by hand.
  3. Now add salt, black pepper, white pepper and Worcestershire sauce to each piece
  4. Put two drop and put them in the pot for a while.
  5. In a separate pot add ginger (finely chopped) carrot, capsicum, cabbage, with mayonnaise, salt white pepper, black pepper to make a vegetable mixture.
  6. Now take a piece of chicken,put a right amount of vegetable mixture in it and fold it into a book.
  7. Prepare all the other chicken in this way.
  8. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry all the chicken piece on low heat(don't deep fry) 
  9. When it is light brown, take it out the frying pan and pour the mayonnaise and serve.
