 Malai Chicken Boti Full Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless one kg
  • (Cut into medium-sized pieces)
  • Cooking oil 3 tablespoon
  • Coal one digit

Ingredients for Marination:

  • Mayonnaise 5 tsp
  • Lemon 2 digits (Extract the juice)
  • Garlic ginger paste one tsp
  • White pepper 1½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1½ tsp
  • Papaya crushed 4 tsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tsp
  • Hot spices powder half tsp
  • Cumin powder half tsp
  • One pound of yogurt
  • Green chillies 4 digits grind it
  • Green corainder 2 tsp grind it
  • Salt to taste

Synthesis:

  1. Put all the ingredients for Marination in a pot and mix well with mayonnaise to make a paste.
  2. Now put the chicken pieces in the prepared the paste,mix well and keep for about 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pot and cock the marinated chicken over low heat.
  4. When the water dry and oil separates,turn off the stove.
  5. Peel a squash, grate it and place it on top of the prepared chicken.
  6. Heat the charcoal and place it on the top of the leaves. 
  7. Closed the lid of the pot tightly.So that the coal smoke is completely absorbed into the chicken.
  8. After a while,the coal was removed.
  9. Delicious Malai Chicken Boti is ready.
