Malai Chicken Boti Full Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless one kg
- (Cut into medium-sized pieces)
- Cooking oil 3 tablespoon
- Coal one digit
Ingredients for Marination:
- Mayonnaise 5 tsp
- Lemon 2 digits (Extract the juice)
- Garlic ginger paste one tsp
- White pepper 1½ tsp
- Black pepper 1½ tsp
- Papaya crushed 4 tsp
- Fresh cream 4 tsp
- Hot spices powder half tsp
- Cumin powder half tsp
- One pound of yogurt
- Green chillies 4 digits grind it
- Green corainder 2 tsp grind it
- Salt to taste
Synthesis:
- Put all the ingredients for Marination in a pot and mix well with mayonnaise to make a paste.
- Now put the chicken pieces in the prepared the paste,mix well and keep for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pot and cock the marinated chicken over low heat.
- When the water dry and oil separates,turn off the stove.
- Peel a squash, grate it and place it on top of the prepared chicken.
- Heat the charcoal and place it on the top of the leaves.
- Closed the lid of the pot tightly.So that the coal smoke is completely absorbed into the chicken.
- After a while,the coal was removed.
- Delicious Malai Chicken Boti is ready.
