 Walnut Caramel Cake Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Two cups of flour
  • One cup of walnut
  • Sugar one and half cup 
  • Two eggs
  • Banking powder one and half tsp
  • Sugar syrup 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil one cup

Making caramel icing :

  • Freshing cream one cup
  • Brown sugar half cup
  • A pinch of salt

Synthesis:

  1. Add baking powder to the flour and strain it 2 or 3 times, clean the walnut kernel with a cloth and lightly fry in a frying pan.
  2. Then put a quarter cup of sugar in this frying pan,melt it on low heat and make caramel.Mix roasted walnut in it and take it off the stove.
  3. Pour the oil into a large bowl with the sugar and beat it with an electric better until it become creamy.
  4. Then put the eggs in it one by one and beat them. Add the sifted flour little by little and mix well.
  5. Finely add walnut kernel and sugar syrup and put in a greased cake pan and smooth.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 Degrees and bake the cake in it for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. When golden, remove from the oven and after 10 to 15 minutes remove from the edges with a knife.
  8. Add cream , Brown sugar and pinch of salt to the pan and let it cock for 5 to 7 minutes until thickened .
  9. Slightly cool the cream on a semi-hot cake and refrigerate for half an hour.
  10. Then garnish it with caramel walnuts.
