Ingredients

  • 1/2 KG beef
  • Salt as needed
  • A tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic
  • One onion
  • A number of tomatoes
  • Capsicum one piece
  • A teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • A teaspoon of ground black pepper 
  • A teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Two tablespoons of vinegar
  • Two tablespoons of tomato ketchup
  • A piece of coal
  • Cooking Oil as required

Method

  1. Use undercut meat to make this dish so that it is easy to digest. Wash and dry the herbs of one size.
  2. Put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and cover with marinated meat
  3. Cut onion, tomato and capsicum into small pieces of one size
  4. Cook the meat over low heat. When the meat starts to thaw, add red pepper, black pepper, vinegar and soy sauce and cover and cook till the meat is thawed.
  5. Put a light oil in a pot and fry the chopped vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. When the meat is melted, fry it well and add tomato ketchup and vegetables in it. Heat a piece of charcoal and place it in the middle of the meat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and cover.
  7. Put on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and take off   

Take out a hot dish and serve with boiled rice
