Ingredients
- 1/2 KG beef
- Salt as needed
- A tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic
- One onion
- A number of tomatoes
- Capsicum one piece
- A teaspoon of ground red pepper
- A teaspoon of ground black pepper
- A teaspoon of soy sauce
- Two tablespoons of vinegar
- Two tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- A piece of coal
- Cooking Oil as required
Method
- Use undercut meat to make this dish so that it is easy to digest. Wash and dry the herbs of one size.
- Put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and cover with marinated meat
- Cut onion, tomato and capsicum into small pieces of one size

- Put a light oil in a pot and fry the chopped vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.
- When the meat is melted, fry it well and add tomato ketchup and vegetables in it. Heat a piece of charcoal and place it in the middle of the meat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and cover.
- Put on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and take off
Take out a hot dish and serve with boiled rice
