Ingredients:
- Macaroni 4 cup
- Chicken half kg
- Garlic crushed ginger
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1tsp
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- One capsicum
- Mayonnaise 3 tsp
- Tomato ketchup half cup
- Flour 2 to 3 tsp
- Butter 3 tsp
- Double bread crumbs as needed
- Cooking oil as needed
Synthesis:
- Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan,add ginger and garlic and fry for one tow minutes ,then add chicken seasoning and cook on low heat.
- When the chicken,s own water is dry,add half tsp of salt and black pepper and fry
- Boil the macaroni in salted water in a large pan
- After is it completely melted, take it off cover it with cold water for 5 to 7 minutes,then put it a sieve and put a tsp of oil on it.
- In a separate small pan,add butter, flour and fry over low heat,add a little water and stir with wooden spoon until thickened and take off the stove
- Add salt,black pepper, fresh cream and whipped cream and mix well. Then add chicken and steamed macaroni
- Grease the pan and sprinkle double bread crumbs in the bottom and around,then put the capsicum slice in it and put tomato ketchup on it and squeeze half the macaroni mixture well then spread the tomato ketchup and again squeeze the macaroni mixture
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 20 minutes earlier and place the pan in it and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven to cool slightly and open the pan and place on the platter .
