Chicken cheese muffins recipe

Ingredient
- Chicken 100 gram
- Cheddar cheese a cup
- Flour one and half cup
- Salt according to taste
- Baking powder one teaspoon
- Sugar one teaspoon
- Egg number of tree
- White armor one teaspoon

- Green onion one
- Milk three quarters cup
- Butter six food
- Cooking oil two teaspoon

Method
- Wash the chicken without the bones, add salt and pepper and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put a little oil in a pot and cook the chicken on low heat
- When the chicken's own water is dry, cool it and lightly crush it
- Sift the flour and add a little salt, cumin and baking powder.Put butter in 1 bowl, mix sugar and eggs in the cross and beat; after 3 to 4 minutes when it is well mixed, grind the cheese in it and beat for 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Then add flour and chicken little by little and mix it by hand
- Finally add onion and milk and mix
- Brush the muffin tray with a cocking oil and add a scoop of the mixture to each mold using an ice cream scoop.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes before placing the muffin tray in it and take it out after 15 to 20 minutes
