 Chicken Cheese Cutlets Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Half kg chicken price
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese half cup
  • Dry milk 2 tsp
  • Mastered paste 1 tsp
  • One egg
  • Double bread slices number of 4 
  • Chili sauce 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Green pepper number of 2 or 3
  • Green coriander half bundle
  • Cooking oil as needed

Method:  

  1. Wash the minced meat and put in it a sieve to dry well soak a slice of double bread in water and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Grate the cheese,chop the green coriander and green chillies
  3. Squeeze the water well the between the tow hands and put in it a large bowl .
  4. Squeeze the soaked double bread slices well  and put them in the pan.
  5. Then add salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper, chicken powder,dry milk, cheese, mastered paste,soy sauce, chili sauce, crushed green chillies, green coriander and egg and knead well.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for one hour so that the spices are well absorbed.
  7. Then make custom Cutlets of this minced meat and put it back in the fridge.
  8. Put cocking oil in the frying pan and heat over medium heat and fry this Cutlets until golden.
